These sessions are led by a multidisciplinary team, including a dietitian, health visitor, and psychologist, and cover topics such as: Healthy diet and lifestyle, Choosing not to smoke, Sexual education, Career guidance, Adolescence, Prevention of mental health disorders, Childhood. All topics are delivered under the approval of the Ministry of Education. All results are recorded in each individual\u2019s electronic medical record.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Individuals<\/strong> can <strong>access their electronic medical record<\/strong>, which includes all imaging files (e.g. X-rays, mammograms), as well as their examination results and diagnoses. They can also download their records at any time. Access is provided through a <strong>unique code<\/strong>, available upon request from the reception desk.
